Clearly explained about MF. We could do STP instead of lump sum investment. In STP, they are withdrawing money from debt fund and invested in equity wherever we mapped. But here we need to pay more tax for every withdraw during STP transfer right. It may consider as short time capital gains in debt. How to reduce tax in STP? Is there any way.? Thanks in advance.

If you have upstox or zerodha trading account, it's better to invest in mutual funds in the same platform (they store your mutual funds investments with cdsl)

பத்து வருடம் முன்பு 20 லட்சத்துக்கு கட்டப்பட்ட வீடு தற்போது கட்டினால் 1 கோடிக்கு மேல் ஆகிவிடும்! இதுவே நான் பத்து வருடம் முன்பு Bank loan வாங்கியிருந்தால் தற்போது 30-40 லட்சத்தில் கடனை திரும்ப செலுத்தியிருக்கலாம் இது போன்ற நிலையில் Mutual Fund ல் முதலீடு செய்து தேவைகளை காலம் தாழ்த்தி வாடகை வீட்டில் வசிப்பது நல்லதா, Bank loan எடுத்து முறையாக EMI கட்டி வந்தால் நல்லதா? இந்த அளவு விலை வாசி உயர்வை விட less risk index funds அதிக லாபம் தருமா?

இதே 40 லட்சத்தை பத்து வருடத்திற்கு பிரித்தால், மாதம் 33,333. இதை 12% returns Mutual Fund ல் SIP ஆக முதலீடு செய்திருந்தால் தற்போது 76,00,000 மட்டுமே கிடைக்கும். இதுவே EMI ல் பத்து வருடம் முன்பு கட்டியிருந்தால் வீட்டு வாடகை யும் மீதம் இருக்கும், Home loan க்கு வரி சலுகையும் கிடைத்திருக்கும். சராசரி விலை வாசி உயர்வை Mutual fund முதலீடு லாபம் மிஞ்சிவடும். ஆனால் விலை வாசி உயர்வு sector பொருத்து மாறுபடுகிறது(Ex: construction) இது போன்ற நிலையில் முதலீடு குறித்து எப்படி முடிவெடுப்பது?🤔
