Easy to hear but avoiding carbs was really hard because of South Indian mind set. Emotionally attached to rice and briyani. It took two months for me to practice. It’s better to stop buying what makes you fat than to having it in front and controlling not to eat.

Some feedback for you Doctor from this layman. 1) Good info on intermittent fasting. You may also want to explore one meal a day 2) You may not want to close your mind on keto diet. We just have a few hundred thousand people following it in the last few years successfully. Please give it a few decades before judging 3) Calorie counting is one of the best jokes created by man. We need to focus on Insulin and Inflammation. Not calories

Don't take sugar, rice, wheat if you want to reduce fat! Take egg, seafood, cauliflower. Black coffee +Ghee 2 spoons. No milk, no sugar. Intermittent fasting 3 days a week(16 hours from previous nights dinner). You should not do this always. 6 months to 9 months. Then normal food for 3 months. Follow this cycle till you get results.

Weight depends on height too.. What is ur height??.. If ur height is 160cm,60 is ideal... At the age of 23..i weighed abt 58,i looks very bubbly. Becoz of my bodyshape. Everyone said I'm overweight.. I asked some frnds abt their weight, who r lean.. I was shocked.. They all are above 65-70....fatty look depends heredity and body shape also.. Don't worry..
If you listen carefully Clearly she manipulating that veg is best for weight loss non veg can led to weight also in this video she didn't mentioned any one non veg food to reduce weight
