Just eat and vomit in the examination. There is more than that to the levels of Learning. 1. Rote 2. Understanding 3. Application 4. Very well said sir, I am really happy to hear the truth. Without practical knowledge its almost impossible to understand the theory. Everybody think that theory and practical are different but I would say that, if you know the practical than you will automatically know the theory behind it. The education system certainly needs a change. A lot of teachers teach with a guess work with which the student also learns with some sort of guess work. Ultimately when its the time at job, they do a lot of guess work only!!! I don't blame everyone because we also have few good teachers like you!!! Thank you very much.

I agree with the statement of Premanan bro. Basically we can see Lathe Operator ,Machi nists ,Gear Hobbing Operator turned into Company owners .Example companies are Cylinder liner mfrs, Pump mfrs,foundry etc. That practical knowledge and experience helped them. Practical experience really will give confidence to start a small scale then to medium and large.A good Cook with good education can easily start a Restaurant and run well. I know one day some Enterpreners will say that they moulded through Premanand and LMES.😊👍keep going 😊👍👌

I am following your show since it is started, this is the first time I am commenting. Do lot more stuff like this.... You are really nailing it in your unique style... Like LMES there are a lot of startups in and around Chennai, Tamilnadu Who are all really putting themselves in front changing the education format... Being an Engineer... According to me, Everyone is having their role in changing the education format, We can`t complain anyone Instead we need to impart the knowledge what we(Engineers) have to kids at an earlier stage so that when they grow up there are more capable than us... I am not saying, Go and start something big... Step up with a small one like may u have bro, cousins etc.. Don't say "Don`t disturb me, you can learn later" let them watch what u r doing, spend ur free time productively by teaching cool stuff from scratch to complete hands on.... We are hearing a small boy from America or any other country even Our Proud Bros are Creating Android Apps.... When they are capable why can`t our bros.... We all have greater stuff... I agree may our teachers are not teaching other than syllabus even syllabus in point of examination... As you, you know something thinks like this, your knowledge is transferred to a kid. If so when he grew up he is more than us ... We don't have to blame anyone... just try to contribute.... Changing ourselves is mandatory...Spread what you know with kids...
