No levantamento de peso geralmente se treina só o agachamento frontal, agachamento high bar, e o agachamento overhead, porque sao os exercícios com mais transferência para os movimentos competitivos (arranque e dois tempos). No fisiculturismo aí já se usa todas as formas possíveis e imaginaveis de agachamento, dependendo do músculo que está se tentando atingir.

Если бы русских и белоруских спортсменов не отстранили бы от ЧЕ, то медальный результат был бы другой. Плохо, что спорт = политика, тем самым просто вся конкуренция теряется имхо.

Все это можно назвать лишь одним словом:позорище.Видно международная федерация тяж.атлетики считает спортсменов виновниками тоже.Это идиотизм высшей степени.

@@MyPowerlifting зная как Россия (точнее власти) использует спортивные результаты своих спортсменов в своих не всегда хороших целях, мне видится вполне логичным что спортсменов не допускают соревноваться, увы, но таковы реалии
