At 5:00 he has an angle after hitting first q to hit the second one but he doesnt. He ve said before in his streams that enemy getting really low is sometimes not beneficial cause letting them have more hp (like 30 40%) can and WILL bait them into staying and you can find a kill by diving them thus getting much more and them losing much more. not without getting ulted below tower isn't about letting the enemy live , beifang knows this match better that anyone, is a ultra hard matchup if the orianna play perfect there just no way to win, so he need to be really caraful, if he w fowards and hit a Q do follow up , orianna might not die and ult he below tower ,
