Sorry for previously, doesn't Chinese government block the KZbin in your country? or can it accessed illegally or via something application to connect it into YT? How much percentage of Chinese does it?

Yes, YouYube, as well as all the other blocked website in China can be accessed via som applications. It is "illegal", but for most cases the government would not care too much. The speed is always extremely slow, though.

they can use turbor vpn to access the youtube and facebook, the chinese doesnot use application american and that is reason
