As a Chinese person, I can tell you for sure. The kinds of food in China are extremely numerous. I've been a Chinese for around 23 years and I still often eat delicacies that I've never seen before

There are eight major food series in China, each with its own unique characteristics. And each province also has unique cuisine that can only be enjoyed within that province. It is not an exaggeration to say that there may be millions of types of food or vegetables throughout China. There are always some dishes that taste very delicious to you.

I was in Beijing in June 2024. I love the city and its people. There is lots to see and do. The nightlife is popping and lively, and most importantly, it's super safe to wander around late at night.

about the socks thingy, there'sactually a thingcalled 一次性袜子 which basically one-use socks, u use it once andyou can throw it away! not very eco friendly, but it works for travels
