@@rzt430 take it from a recruiter this statement is all kinds of wrong. Recruiters don’t need to attend an aimless interview to take a break. Their work is heavily target driven for placing people in jobs and if they are outsourced they will be relying on good candidates to get their commission. This is most likely fake (there is a person working a camera in the interview room) but if it wasn’t she is either a saint or doesn’t understand the value of her time. Any decent recruiter would also have a copy of their resume and turn to asking specific questions about their stated experience rather than asking open ended questions without any knowledge of the candidates experience.
