There's nothing prestigious in calling someone boss. You just don't force people to call you boss. And if gitiriba is getting ideas from his workers then well and good. Those builders must be experienced so them telling gitiriba what can be done doesn't mean that they're now the bosses. Treat people like human beings and trust me you will get the best results. There's a reason why your house still has a lot of loopholes. Let people do their work that's why you complain that workers pretend when they see you. Trust me if you hv good working relationship with the workers, you won't even be needed at the site for them to work. So let gitiriba find his nitch and how to control his workers. Unless if it's you paying them but if it's gitiriba, let him be. You want the workers to respect gitiriba but you keep intervening🤷 let gitiriba run this the way he wants you can advise him privately. You know Marwa , if you want Africa to move on or move with the rest of the developed world, you can’t treat trades people working on building sites like slaves. Each one of these men want to make money . And if I had other work that payed daily , why would I want to work hard at a job site where I need to work within the quote I gave . And you know, I thought your dad was wise ? Yes you need money but you need tradesman . So you can have a million dollars in your pocket , but that money doesn’t render walls or lay bricks . Stop treating these men like slaves . With this attitude or work ethics Africa will remain this way . Here in Australia the employee has many rights thanks to a work union . Roof with a friend . Water , electricity the plan of the house all drawn by my husband and aproved by architect and then we started pfew pfew hard work .
