Being a child of God, 1 John 5 breakthrough

So good. I recently had a mental struggle trying to figure out what the parable of the servants and the talents was really about as it seemed to contradict His nature to me. Then i found the truth of what it was really about in the parable of the prodigal son...instead of burring his talents in the ground he blew them on prostitutes and partying but tried to come back as a servant but was denied as a servants and blessed as a son. The parable of the talents was a message to pharisees who did not believe in the Son who made a way for us to call Him Abba. If we are judged as servants we will come up short, if as sons and daughters than we are all blessed by our Dad!. One of the most enlightening scriptures for me is in 1 john 16. He sent the Spirit to convict the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment. Sin because of UNBELIEF, righteousness because of Jesus, judgment because the ruler of this world has already been judged.

Sounds like your strength is returning! I think it's almost more accurate to visualize our walk with God as a "march", considering we are at war with the forces of darkness that fight for our worship and life.

I just realized that the day before yesterday I read 1 John 3 as part of my study and today I should be reading chapter 5. I stayed in chapter 3 since it's packed with so much stuff! You have perfect timing! God bless you dear Jordan.

For some reason the Lord had just put the message He showed me within chapter 5 for me to share for this video. Amen! We are His bondservants - and by becoming so we are given even more freedom. My husband and I are studying Romans 8 and I just mentioned this yesterday. We put to death the flesh and put on our incorruptible bodies and receive our adoption. We leave the slavery of corruption and death and into the freedom of glory of being a child of God. This is literally our blessed hope. Likewise, the old covenant is the spirit of condemnation and Jesus the new covenant is the spirit of righteousness. The law condemns the flesh to death but we are made alive in the righteousness of Christ. And AMEN on the intercession. I think it’s so funny that the Holy Spirit is telling us the same things at the same time. I was reading yesterday screenshots of things I read in a book last year about intercession. How it’s such a gift when God reveals things to us. Here is the text - Then there is intercession, an intense kind of praying in which we lay hold of God's faithfulness and promises in regard to something that concerns us greatly. Some with the gift of intercession agonize over a given situation, much like a woman going through labor to bring a child into the world. - And this text - I have a name for this burden-bearing: I call it "prophetic intercession," and I have written and taught about it in great de-tail.1 Prophetic intercessors are like willing little beasts of burden that Jesus can ride on. Prophetic intercessors get to carry Him from assignment to assignment. The bur-dens we carry in prayer are not meant to crush us or consume us. None of them are permanent, although many are repeated. We are supposed to carry the burden somewhere, but we are not supposed to keep it. Our job is to deliver it to the throne of grace: “Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need" (Hebrews 4:16 nkjv). sorry this is so long, but it was very encouraging to me last night and it’s touching a lot on your words. ❤🎉😂

I’ve been recently thinking about the same thing as well as far as the Holy Spirit seems to be kind of giving a lot of us similar messages around the same time and I truly think that helps us so much as a Body. Especially me because I don’t really have a church go to every Sunday, I know several amazing pastors and elders I’ll talk with about some things, but not a church home that I go to every Sunday. Although I do follow along a few preachers occasionally on KZbin for sure. But more time staying in the Bible and praying and listening to the Holy Spirit, sometimes it’s like the Lord will show me many of His people having similar experiences, revelations, and understanding and I think for me it truly helps in Him keeping me assured that He is working and that we are a Body and even if we aren’t all together, or I don’t have many I can speak to around me on deeper things with, that there are others and Im definitely not alone. If you have been seeing and feeling the Spirit pull you into intercession then you really should watch the next video I’m trying to upload after this one. It will probably be titled something along the lines of spiritual intercession it’s long but there’s a lot with it. It’s loading I’m not exactly sure when it’ll get posted but hopefully within the next day. Just kind of like you described truly just intercession on a whole new level a little deeper and taken to a higher level than I understood it to be. And there’s a bit of a testimony with it as far as fighting in intercession on a bigger scale than just our own lives and seeing the victory God has claimed through it. God bless you Morgan!! ✝️🙏🏼

Praise God I’m so glad all of my experiences and attacks from the darkness have now worked together in that I know I can step in and wreck havoc on behalf of other plans they may have for anyone else lol.

@ amen - that is where I started on my deep faith journey - with intercession. I will definitely watch it! I’m having SO much fun hearing from God and confirming in others what I hear. You’re not missing out not going to church. People (most christian’s) can’t handle this level of Jesus obsession 🤣

@ girl I hear that and I mean it when I tell people He is the actual love of my life and some people (mostly other Christians) look at me like that was the weirdest thing I could say. 🤣 And it’s honestly one of the biggest blessings to have this on KZbin to be able to see others who are definitely going through the same stuff and feeling the same and hearing from the Spirit the same messages! And I mean some of the spiritual warfare stuff I got to let out after years of it because truly if I keep it all to myself it may drive me crazy and I’ve figured at this point after seeing people look at me crazy for saying Jesus is the absolute love of my life then well it doesn’t matter what I say they will think I’m crazy either way. 🤣 plus I know the Lord allows those experiences good and bad, and new understandings specifically so hopefully I can share and even help one person going through something similar. Because like you said it’s hard to find anyone else who is actually Jesus obsessed and that’s literally the only word for it. 🤣 I know one thing for sure, He has set our minds and hearts on Him because for one we have asked for it in prayers as He continually started to wake us up and I truly believe He has allowed us to become so head over heels for Him like we are because we are gonna be with Him soon! One way or another, we all feel it with each day we one day closer to being with Him!
