The other thing you could upgrade is the restoration Ray that should help you. Also do the medium solar panel.

Once I get the ray upgraded I can start designing the look of the area. We'll, the ray and fixing the missing floors.

Looking forward to the upgrades, also maybe upgrade the shovel as you use it a lot after doing the silver quest for kaida.

Could you try making friends with vendors, maybe they give discounts. Won't hurt to try.
