The giggles and the chuckles gave me satisfaction as an older brother because knowing that i have a precious sister, i want to protect her. Even if i got irritated it's because i adore my lil sis and so did my cousins. I'm 20 and shes 9, and i get overprotective sometimes. (I have other 3 sisters but they all died because they were sick, they would probably be 14, 11 and 10 by now.

Car seat trick: Put your knee in the seat pushing it back and pull on the strap until it's so tight you think your truck will explode. Our car seats couldn't move 2 millimeters. I had this friend of the family "You got to go to the State Police and have them check your car seat." No I don't. "Yes you do. It's the law." No, car seats are the law.
