Having a CEO that you can get along with is incredibly rare in business. Does not matter what business you are in. CEOs dont have to get along with you, they just have to stay neutral and everything is alright but having one to joke around with and not be afraid when the CEO is around is incredibly fantastic.

Tenma's take on not considering sakana as a friend but a working partner, because he's her boss and pays him directly to perform (sometimes with him) to the public could sound harsh at a first glance; but is important for them to keep their distances and respect each other as an organization with clear hierarchies and boundaries that should not be crossed. of course they could play a little in front of the public, and i always thought that the CEO as a living punchbag / comedic relief helped a lot to introduce the public to the fact that the talents arent just a couple indies that collab a lot, they have to account for an entire team working in the background, protect the brand image of the company and avoid taking bold and unnecesary risks that could afect many more people than just them.

My bosses boss basically stunted everything from his level down through very bad management causing a massive problem mechanic-wise. I knew I was out within the next 6 months so I confronted him and told him what I thought, and what needed to happen down at the low level to keep the workforce happy. Basically within a month got singled out and forced out much to my floor level bosses dismay. Just remember folks you are a number in a coroporate world. They see you as easily replaceable. Ironic they still ring me having been out 3 months. 😂🤷‍♂️

When I was working a 3rd shift in a factory and averaging 4 hours of sleep, the best sleep I have gotten and probably ever will was 15-20 minute power naps on days when I was too busy to get more than that.

I'm not well-versed with VTubers as I've only recently dived into this rabbit hole. I've been a casual viewer of ProjektMelody for a long time, both her SFW and NSFW work, it was only when I decided to click on an IronMouse clip that I then started to dive into other VTubers. Fast forward to me coming across Tenma via her God of War highlights, she's my introduction to Phase Connect, and at this moment in time, I would honestly say Tenma is special and definitely stands out brightly. I can't quite put my finger on it as to why I feel Tenma is so special, perhaps it's her charisma, humour, and/or online personality but something about her stands out in a great way to other talented VTubers. Not trying to diminish the hard work and talents of others, I can respect all of them who have put the work in and is able to make an income from this.

Rem sleep cycles are 4 hours. Sleep less than 4 hours is pointless, you only get rest in the rem sleep part. You can do 2 4 hour sleeps, you cannot do 4 2 hour sleeps.

Humans need at least 3 hours for deep sleep. More often 4 hours. Thus, one of the naps has to be 4 hours, and the rest can be short nap that adds up to 8 hours. Segmented sleep is a doable thing.
