The 5k is sent to everyone and as you said you must be level 10 to get them, the other stuff are based on your progress on the Vulcan tower, if you beat Cerberus you get 2 selection box for the blessing artifact i believe, if you beat floor 25 you get 2 of the curse artifact and if you beat Vulcan you get the break artifact , that's on easy mode at least as far as i know. The only thing that i still didn't get is the ticket, i got 1 some people got 2 others got none.

I think some of them are mistaken, they dont listen carefully, when Payne said use the 5k to buy 2 piece of gear, they thought use the chest and reroll, we can only get the chest if we manage to beat the workshop of brilliant lights,. now im just curious, i beaten normal 25th floor, but did not get the legendary curse chest, or the dev team meant to say we need to beat vulcan normal using jinwoo and beat it again using the hunters in order to get the other 2 legendary chests... well anyway i send inquiry to the dev team. tho just 1 chest, that legendary curse chest is gonna be a life saver
