its insanely hard ! and the constant strain makes life an eternal burnout. i try -though not always succed- to keep a healthy blaaance between my needs and my kid's needs, and to also teach them about limits and boundaries . but who ever said it takes a village was not joking... sadly in our modern individualistic world finding one isn't easy. T^T
