When I got into the best shape of my life for me, my ex stop taking me to the gym. So I bought one. He had the car. He didn’t want to help me or support me with certain things because he didn’t like my née confidence. He was trying to fatten me up on purpose so I wouldn’t feel or look good. I dumped him, kicked him out and it’s been blissful ever since. I would do sexy things, for him and he didn’t appreciate it. He tried to indirect sabotage. He knew that I wanted to look I go my career again or just feel good and he didn’t like it. He wouldn’t say it. It was his actions and quiet no compliments but said he noticed. If I bought something new for myself, dress jewelry or tried a new naked gloss with a tint, no compliments. He didn’t want me to feel attractive. And he wanted to be the only one who looked good. He saw my obliques and he make a comment about my abs because he wanted to be the only one with a 8 pack. At the gym he never wanted to train me or spot me. He wanted me to do what he did but knew I was no where near there. But I worked my way up to it. Changed my diet and bought all this stuff which his selfish ass used to take but when my body and confidence changed, he had to figure out out to sabotage by not being on time and saying he couldn’t make it. So that’s when I really he was trying to sabotage me. People would compliment me and he would just smirk. One guy in he supermarket said something to me. And he said something and the guy said oh that’s you, I’m sorry man. He was standing there on the phone texting and not really helping me shop, it didn’t look like he was with me. So that’s his fault. When these smart phones came out, it brought out the worse in some of these men. I will admit I should have dated more and not given my ex a second chance because when we broke up, he was changed and that’s why I gave him a chance but when we got back together it got worse over time slowly, not at first but it went backwards and I got rid of him. I’m always aware of my body and self so I understand that.

I agree with you to a certain point that women should keep themselves attractive if they want a man to cherish them. But on the other hand I disagree because I personally know women who keep themselves attractive, beautiful, wear the most sexy and stylish clothes, keep their hair and makeup done but their men still stray with other women and abuse these attractive women. If a beautiful/attractive woman gets into a relationship with a broken/toxic man no matter how intact her clothes, hair, and makeup is she will still get dogged out or abused. I am not saying anything to tear down sisters like Beyonce, Halle Berry, Ciara, Karuche Tran, etc... but all these extremely beautiful/attractive women got cheated on. Beyonce got cheated on by her husband though he did not leave her. Halle Berry, Ciara, Karueche Tran, Garcelle Beauvais all got cheated on and left by men. A woman's beauty can bring or pull a man in but her beauty/attractiveness will never be enough to keep the kind of man who are cheaters, neglectful, unavailable, and verbally/physically abusive.

So true, How true, A guy said I dressed liked Jesus helper. LOL. I asked what did that mean? He said, "to jazz it up and change styles once and a while". It's very true what you say!

A cautionary tale for women who don’t put in effort is the Netflix movie ‘Loving Adults’. The wife gave up her career to care for their sick son for 15 years and she didn’t stay leveled up in looks and her husband started a construction company when they got married (they were high school sweethearts) Anyway, he starts an affair with an employee who was an architect working for his company. The wife finds out about the affair and doesn’t control her emotions. She threatens to tell the police about fraud he committed and he becomes desperate as he’s also facing an ultimatum from his mistress of 6 months.

@katechipata9934 Жыл бұрын
@@b.freeman2118 Practice emotional control, never neglect one’s looks, have hobbies that require you to socialize with others (the wife used to go for jogs alone), have a savings account, and don’t make your man your whole world.

I found this channel at the perfect time in my life. As far as lounge clothes I love to be comfy too but I get a lot of joggers and sweatpants from Pretty Little Thing because they still flatter my shape and they’re affordable.. I wear like a crop top and sweat pants or cute jogging outfits that flatter my shape nothing extremely big but still comfortable.
