Everyone is different and has a different style! One mould dosent fit or suit all. But what's universally applicable is kindness/fairness/and leading your team by being a good example...people thrive in such environment. I believe I knew what it took to be in the supervisor position before actually being their because of many years of experience and by learning/observing/absorbing from good Managers/Supervisors when I was working different grades...hope it helps! ☺️💝 P.S there could be a long list of tips

Ma'am I have a question does Etihad provide housing like do u stay in Abu Dhabi ... My dream is to become flight attendant of Etihad. I'm still in grade 12 can u tell what kind of course do I need to do after completing 12th (btw I'm from Mumbai)

I would recommend you to finish your graduation the least before becoming a flight attendant 😊 and rest all you need to do is just brush up on ur communication language (english) and soft skills required for customer service job😊
