I would agree with you with this in the past but objectively speaking no it's not... try Totally Spies 1 and 2 on the GBA emulator, you will understand and see with your own eyes.

It wasn’t the greatest game but I enjoyed it for what it was. I’m just happy to see my girls back. It’s been so long. I never expected them to ever return. Waiting on season 7 to come to America idk what’s taking so long 🙄
