Years ago, i found the phrase: "All One." I understood it then & can understand it even now..BUT.. my automatic, compulsive, Egoic belief system continues to see & experience things & even mental/emotional "stuff" as separate, foreign OBJECTS & not One or Oneness. Thanks to nonduality teachings, "All One" is a more & more frequent "reality" here & so lovely to accept or know/feel. Thank you for these teachings & pointers. ❤❤❤
