As long as you have a clear trend and the trades have continuation .....work the gold mine. I do a couple of test trades in my sim account just to get a read on the mood and see how much continuation we are getting. That seems to be the key to good days vs bad for me. Will the trades I make stick ?

Giving back profits is the worse to me. Nothing worse than being up 3k on the day not walking away and finishing -3k. I finished the day today $12.5k but plenty days I tried to complete a pnl goal with one more trade that turned into giving it all back. When my brain tells me just one more trade that's when I walk. Because that has never worked.

dude ive been saying this 1:1 is the best RR because it's the least to mess with your psychology. If you cant win go %60 win rate with 1:1 there's something wrong and you have to go back to the drawing board.
