Hey! I hope you're having a great day today.
Sometimes you need to feel uncomfortable to be completely honest with yourself. I though I was going to be able to get away with not filming for a day and I had to hype myself up to make this video. I'm very happy I pushed through. I was happy I could be honest with myself.

I'm back, who knows for how long... but I really want to make a strong effort to keep this series going. I need to help myself to be the best version of myself. I hope this Mental Health Journal pushes me out of my comfort zone to actualize my full potential.
I know we're all going/ have gone through something in our lives where we feel super down on ourselves. I want to share my experiences and stories to maybe help someone going through the same things.
Stick around for the ride! If not, no hard feelings. I'm doing this for myself mostly... So I can be better and be the best version of myself!
