This was me over the past week. Ended up in the hospital for 3 days! I am NEVER sick, have health issues, or any of the sort. Girl, the stress of life caught up to me big time. My first sign was having a mental breakdown at home with my kids, the second was almost passing out at work. Our bodies certainly gives us warning signs when we are doing too much, and it can look like anything. Its up to us to listen.

I may try making duck but I love making my own chicken stock from my rotisserie chicken. I throw it in a pot with veggies and seasonings. So good! Not a PB&J head. Lol
