Breastfeeding is best for the baby and does have extra perks such as shrinking your stomach faster. Make sure you stay hydrated, coconut water is good and eat healthy snacks to keep up your energy.

Yes as you guys get used to things it won't be so intensive it is it's so new to you guys having a baby so you guys have to adjust after a while it would become just norma and you guys can relax more because it's the baby grows things will start to get much more easier because you both have already been through the adjustment part and so I would love to keep in touch to see how you guys are coming along such a beautiful couple

Yes you will be working on your second baby because you were already have the experience that you need and trust me it will not be like the first one you and you will be already experienced and know just what to do and it won't be as difficult as it is now but since you're already trained from the first baby effortlessly when the second one come

But you have those marvelous pumps, which will come in handy. And it does be one much easier and better for the baby. And you should be careful of what you eat, spicy food is a definitely a no no, what you eat he also receives. Send prayers and so much love. ❤❤❤

In Ethiopia culture. It depends if you have a girl or a boy. You stay home at least 40 days and everybody comes to help you with their is nice . For girls longer and then you have baptism before you leave me leave your house. ( I don’t know if it is the same because I left Ethiopia about 35 years ago. I was a teenager when I came to the state)

Day and age? Please humble yourself 🤦🏽‍♀️ The only difference between bottle sterilizers and the pot boiling method is the name. Both do the same but home method is way better as you can see the full procedure yourself and know that it's done properly. No need for fancy lights lol and I'm quite sure they can afford their own if they wanted without any help from anyone. Anyway, oldskol is best xo loves moma of 7
