I usually choose convenience over conviction because it's much funner. My house is cleaned everyday by basically someone who I could probably pay four times as much as I do. There's just so much more truth in this, I'm absolutely stunned. This is some really really brilliant work! Thank you Rega for gracing us with this gem! Kommune, take a bow for making this happen!

The fact that you're acknowledging your badness in itself make it less bad. You have a good insight. All the best for your struggle.

I don't know the amount of courage it takes to speak your heart out like this at a spoken fest, but I was glad to see this video because it gave me one hope, "If she has done this, it means that it is possible that some day even I will have the strength to face my darkest out in the open. It is possible." Thanks for that :)

What's fascinating is the fact that it's the story of so many of us which is reframing in her words. Everyone wants to create an art which is beautiful, but this is raw, vulnerable and extremely real. This is beyond beautiful ❤️

Oh My God. Why did it feel like it was me talking there in that black top and pants , expressing the exact same feelings I go through every single day !?? Loved the piece ! ❤️

Understanding your wrong behavior is also a really big step. I appreciate u for understanding it. I know the process is hard and will be, but u r trying to better person is already enough. Remember, many don't even do that. The guilt will haunt u daily and fights with your conscience will occur but don't give up on becoming a better person ever. So proud of u for speaking this out in public. U aren't alone. Wishing u all the best for becoming the better version u want to be

This is so relatable! That one day came for me a while back. Everybody I know told me how bad I was. Atleast I'm just glad everything was out in the open and I get to have a fresh start. Cheers to Rega to making us feel less alone.

No words can explain how terribly relatable this thing has been to me. Each of her words hit me hard as if “Yeah, that's my story”. I just want to appreciate that she brought this “problematic thing” out. It's something I don't dare to say right now to everyone out there.

To everyone who is facing problems and are frustrated in life I just want to say 1) take a deep breath 2) have a good sleep 3) remove the negitivity from ur life. Stop talking to toxic people and stop thinking negative. Just think positive This is what worked for me. Follow these and I promise u that everything will be lot better.

Hey, you are very brave. I am well aware how difficult it is to accept all this and reach out to someone and try making progress and peace with yourself. Walking around with the history that you were a part of, which you aren't very fond of, is very very difficult. It took me so much pain to tell this to someone I know. And it isn't as bad, it's okay. Because there is a way out. Great work :)

Being vulnerable in front of others need a lot of guts..... I mean A LOT and u just nailed it and even when we think about ourselves ,,sometimes we quickly start judging ourselves and our dids ,on the norms n rules made by society and others, good or bad and then quickly we shift the topic in our mind coz we r afraid of facing and realising our mistakes and bad dids. Thanks a lot ❤️and i really needed this at this time.......and one more thing you're so beautiful both physically n mentally😇🤗 love yaa

This is what Twitter moralists need to see, the ones always on guard to point out others' hypocrisies and faults, to 'cancel' people. I bet it feels really good to get thousands of retweets for shaming someone's mistakes but honestly that doesn't make you a hero.
