Sir ,can we write as --- 1)Without sleeping in place of without sleep. 2) The biggest problem of him is his not being fluent in English in place of His biggest problem is not being fluent in English. 3)They were taking about being arrested of me in place of They were taking about my being arrested. 4)Being the meeting finished / ended in place of Being the meeting over. 5) He got the job for being fluent in English conversation in place of He got the job being fluent in English. Your 3 no sentences are grammatically wrong because Gerund needs subject . Being arrested of me is wrong. Your 4 no sentence is also wrong . Here being needs subject . So being the meeting is wrong .
