@@Zain-zc8el if you are preparing, it should be easy. Key is to walk with a constant pace at your ease and maintain your breathing. Don't try to run especially on climbing because you'll get tired, and have to take rest which will take more time ultimately. 2nd : don't Carry your luggage, hire a porter, you should only carry your bag pack with essentials. To maintain breathing, inhale through mouth and exhale through nose. You should have good shoes and sunscreen (to protect from sun burn). Baki, enjoy the way, if you can't walk, you can always hire a horse to carry you (depending on destination). These are the things in my experience, hope it helps :)

You express your concern on littering everywhere but why don’t you express your concern on business cutting natural forest down to build hotels and burning trees for cooking and fire ,is it because it’s for your own gain for promoting tour companies and hotels for free accommodation. Pls if going to promote tourism then be truthful. There is so much natural stone available to build hotels and houses but they choose to cut trees down .we should learn from other countries how the protect their natural environment and still have tourism. In a few years the natural beauty of Kashmir will disappear left with only bare mountains and landslides .
