Mount Kailash is too far from Yiwu where he's now. So I don't think he will go there. Mt Kailash is in Tibet and for Tibet, every foreigner needs a separate entry permit and a local guide. And for some border towns, even local Chinese also need to apply permit to enter. Border towns usu hold military camps and have heavy military presence due to border issues or terrorism, esp on the Tibet and Xinjiang side.
