I kept Ekadashi fast yesterday. I refrained from grains and only consumed curd, sweet potato and fruits. But to my surprise, today I have had twice the amount of food I usually consume in a day and I am still not feeling full today at all. I am feeling very hungry. I think this might cause eating disorder in me. It will be really nice if you could share your experience regarding the same and also enlighten all of us with how to keep fast optimally since I was feeling very lightheaded yesterday in spite of drinking adequate amount of water.
