Stay strong man, I’m happy for you! I went through rehab and sober living 4 years ago and have stayed clean. It does get easier and better, just stay around good people and avoid risky situations until you’re on solid ground. Love you brotha and good luck 🙏 I listen to these every night too.

You know where most of these authors mess up? They over write. You can tell they're writers because they use so many literally devices, the style in lots of these is very college/pretentious style. What would be really scary is one told without thoughtful metaphors, without exaggeration, without foreshadowing, a catchy setup, or things unfolding just-so. Someone whose not good at telling stories. It'd be more believable.

We really are a weird group of people, falling asleep to scary stories. I originally started watching so i could stop getting scared of dumb things which it ended up working, the only down side is I don’t get scared from horror movies or stuff like that anymore lol.
