that was what is called a "Vacuum Bomb". it is a ThermoBaric explosive technology that creates a displacement followed by vacuum effect shockwave as the primary modus of effect. they are easily identifiable via their double-explosions. the first explosion disperses the atomized fuel-air mixture into the displacement field (of effect) and the second explosion, only a fraction of a second after the first- detonates the fuel-air mixture that's suspended and dispersed throughout the entirety of the first charge's area of effect. the fireball burning off in a fraction of a second, causing an exponentially enhanced displacement shockwave. this shockwave being the primary destruction activity. my only question is: who commanded the dropping of this ordnance?
