This was not intended for quality but rather a quantitative transition through each of the tempos due to the multipliers (as you said, up to x6 where it reaches the highest tempo limit) and the "Crazy Danger!" part of the theme (which was played in short on your video and extended on Ldinos'.) If I have the time I will make a better one and change the mp3 download link. =)

@gameplayerwii As cool as your videos are, Stepmania requires STEPping up, not HANDiwork. I do not think it is possible to move your feet at that speed, but by all means prove me wrong. =)
