Hello, i have BEKO RCNE 560 E30 and from yesterday i see some freeze water from the bottom drawer in freezing department. I dont know where the drain is in order to clean it. Don't have the service manual. I only have the user manual, any ideas pls?

The error code relates to a freezer fan issue, it is either faulty or obstructed by debris or ice

Hello mate. My Beko shows E4 Error. I already bought a new Defrost heater and a Thermal Fuse MLX220. Changed them both, still the E4 error occurs. What should I check next?

You should take the test ,if the code continues to appear there will also be damage to the board

I have BFFD3624SS. I gotta change ice maker fill time .ice is sticking together. I can't find anywhere how to do it

if the icemaker sticks check if ice has fallen,time does not change,check the water pressure,it can be in the back where it fills with water icemaker to have frozen

@@specialrepair I opened up the service mode. I can turn both trays. Manually. I also can manually fill both trays through service mode. I took the ice machine out and tested the 2 fans on back side of each tray and with a battery. They are working. I plugged it back in. But dang. The fridge is just not telling it to fill and make ice. Overnight I had like 12 small pieces of ice. In tray so it made a little. Suppose to be 11lbs in 24 hours. I checked the trays with finger. One has some water. Other had no water. And I was in there for 2 hours drinking coffee. It never dumped.

@@4rdzllayou will need to change the water valve, you have to check the rubber from the valve until the icemaker many times it gets clogged with dirt and gravel,the fans all work in the test

Hi. my ice maker unit makes ice but it suddenly doesn't turn to throw them down. so it fill it again with water making leak in fridge. do you know any way to reset or maybe force it to turn? thanks

Can I ask a simple question for u. My beko fridge/freezer. Freezer on bottom. Has settings like -9,-8,-7,-6,-5,-4,-3,-2,-1,0, 1, 3, 5. I had it on 3 thinking it wouldnt be as cold as 0. But even my ice cream is rock hard. Temp is maxed out with my thermometer at -20+. Am I going backwards meaning 3,5 is even colder? Should I go to maybe -1???
