Hey mate, great video appreciate it.. I have a beko that starts cycle but cuts out straight away, brushes are new and when in service mode (hold start and power on) the drum spins fine? Any ideas at all? Thanks 🙏🏻 mike

hello I am getting the softner light flashing. I've tried this but nothing happens. I've also switched it off at the mains and turned on again. the trouble started when I replaced the rubber seal. Any suggestions?

Hi thank you for the video, at least now I’m able to get an error code so hopefully will help in the next steps of getting it fixed etc. I’m unable to press the start button on the diagnostic screen to get the washing machine to spin the drum etc but I am getting an Error code of 11, would you by chance know what error 11 is please, and if so what I might have to get done to fix it. Thank you
