For your neck pain I recommend doing yoga stretches specifically for neck and upper back. It’s possibly from looking down too much with your head hanging past your shoulders. Because human heads are super heavy so it’s best to focus on posture

Definitely. In my yoga class, we use golf balls and put them under our shoulder blades and roll them out while lying down. It really helps with the pain !

I had that same EXACT neck issue a few weeks ago! Turns out it was a few nerves that were inflamed and messed. I just ended up being careful about making crazy movement and sleeping faced up. It slowly got better and now it’s gone! Good luck, Bella!!❤
