Hi there - at the last Phrase you see her holding a huge and long Note - maybe you dont know but Amira is a very good and succesfull long distant runner - she has done this since she was in prmary school and in SA she was a Hockey Player - at Holland got Talent she said she want to be a singer or goong to Olympia as a runter Athlet

She's been performing since 9, and around the globe since 10. Here she is 15. Of course she's a pro! I love Julie Andrews in "The Sound of Music." But I absolutely adore Amira and her incredible rendition of this medley!

Thank you for a splendid reaction. Amira sang this medley, one octave higher than Julie Andrews.Her voice is perfect for musicals,areas from the Operas,classics of the old masters,gospal and some crossover. I doubt that there is anything that Amira can't sing,except,hip hop,rap and any other here to-day, gone to-morrow, dare I call it music? She did Julie Andrews proud on this one!🤣 Speaking of Julie Andrews, The Sound of Music and such, Julie just recently received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Film Institute. She of course played the starring role in The Sound of Music AND also played Mary in Mary Poppins the year before. My mother took us to see both movies in the local theater in 1965! Julie is 87 years old now...💖

Only three SINGERS have made me CRY 😢 and she does. BELIEVE ME…I was definitely not acclimated to this type of MUSIC 🎼 except for JAZZ and ORCHESTRA MUSIC and GOSPEL being raised by my grandparents. I absolutely loved “RODGERS and HAMMERSTEIN” movies 🎥 but I watched the SOUND of MUSIC 100 X’s later but her COVER is definitely perfect. “BEAUTIFUL” and SIMPLY PERFECT 🤩. Thank you for taking the time to review and analyze. 😊

Great reaction. She likes film music it's one of several genres she delivers. She's done other SoM songs, and a My Fair Lady medley. ( not on you tube unfortunately ) she's also sung to Ennio Morricone theme tunes, she was made for the big stage.
