Hi, since your hotel is in Belek, they might provide you with a free shuttle. Otherwise, you need 5 mins by taxi or 20 mins walking.

Hi, Belek City Center is called "şehir merkezi (Shehir Merkezi). I believe hotels have shuttles to the city center. Enjoy your trip!

Hi, visiting Belek in February is not the right time. It will be empty. Belek is more into a beach destination, if you would like check our last video about Belek,Antalya. kzbin.info/www/bejne/f6KafIWYZqmhbLs The weather will be very cold where it could drop to 0 degrees Celsius at night and around 16 to 18 during the day if it is sunny. But, if you already planned, the best thing is to hope to Antalya City Center, which is around 40km 40mins by car/bus where you can visit the old town kzbin.info/www/bejne/oWiul32lq7ODZ6M , Konyaalti area and Lara where the cafes, views and touristic areas are. You should allow almost 1 hour to leave/reach the airport. So you should have a minimum period of 4 hours to enjoy the most famous attractions (Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Mosque, Istiklal Street, Grand Bazaar & Galata Tower). Enjoy your trip!

You're welcome! It takes 45 minutes by car from Belek to Lara. Since you're staying for 8 days, maybe splitting your accommodation between Lara or Old Town/Kaleiçi and Belek would be better.
