The Rail side opens tomorrow, Sunday 13th Oct. So there will be ribbon cutting between 09.00 and 09.30. I will be there myself to see what goes on. Sadly un-paid people or non-passengers are not allowed into the rail station. It is called the "Paid concourse". You will be best to hang around on the entry areas as there are no toilets in the railway part or retail outlets. There is a pop up food and coffee stand only. Only go to the paid/rail section when your train is due as you won't be able to leave again. Starbucks and M&S will open soon as will Brew Dog up the stairs. Pret is already open. It is huge inside, the service corridors, for instance, are a quarter of a mile long. So the whole building is almost a third of a mile long. Stay safe by staying inside the building until your bus or train arrives and you are allowed to board. As seen here, security are there to help and guide you back inside. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the building nor rail station also outside on the bus bays. Whilst inside don't get too drunk in Brew Dog. You might not be allowed to travel. The toilet facilities are three fold. Normal male and female toilets. Disability access toilets and a "Changing Space toilet" For those that need personal help to go. Ye it’s good looking building in Belfast now, but there is no increase in rail or bus services across NI, so it’s basically just a fancier waiting room

Yeh this is REALLY gonna make Connolly station and Busaras look like total dogshit. We should have built the Metro and Dart Underground, but instead our political leaders thought short term only and our electorate kept voting FF/FG FF/FG FF/FG FF/FG over and over and over never trying anything new. So our infrastructure is a shambles. We've just been outclassed by a place that can't even keep a government for more than 5 minutes without someone throwing a tantrum and crashing it down (slow clap)

@@brendandair1674 in this country we refer to the term "platform" for bus service locations in a station, but maybe americans use a different terminology

Nearly 2 times, the platforms as lines it's a white elephant project half the size would of been big enough. It's bigger in size than kings Cross, and it has 75 million per year go through don't think belfast will ever see 15 million, lol
