20 years ago I had a doberman went cycling with him for the first time when he was about this size / age (4 month) old. I noticed that he started limping once in a while after cycling It went away and came again and so on. I never went cycling again till he was fully grown. But it was already too late he limped occasionally his entire life. I knew I did a big mistake because of being so inexperienced. Do not do this to your puppy never ever it is still a baby even if it looks like he runs after you effortless it can do irreversible damage.

Please don't run around with your puppy like that. The first running training (light) can be started at the age of 7 months, but you can start training in running only around the age of 12 months. Previously, the puppy can play running and chasing other puppies, but it cannot be overloaded. It's easy to damage the joints of such a small dog and it will suffer throughout its life and may ultimately have a shorter lifespan.

Wtf are you talking about lol these dogs are super athletes that need to be worked out for hours daily even as pups or they will suffer mentally. Seriously read up on things you comment about. Go look at trainers and what they say about the Belgians. I bet you would also say it’s bad for these dogs to be jumping over 20 feet in the air during training too. Lol. This is a special breed and not for a regular person to own. You need to be a well versed person in dogs in general to have one or the actual person and not the dog needs to be trained by a professional dog trainer on how to own one of these magnificent dogs.

Any large breed dog needs to grow first to almost size before running training. Only running in play up to nine - 12 months depending on breed. Ask any vet, certified dog trainer.... Yes you should tire them out before training but not at the expense of their growing joints. You wouldn't train your 3 yr old child for a marathon.

@@anthonyurgitano2114I agree with you. No one size fits all for all dogs. This is a special breed and to me at least the dog appears to be quite content. This breed is a dynamo.

They'll run until their feet are ruined. Many dogs do. Look at this gravel road, a bit silly to 'walk' your dog this way.

Branch did awesome on this run. He his still running and is now 4 years old with a wife and a daughter. These dogs are hardy and not your average dog. Thanks for watching

How is the dog nowadays? Asking because of all the internet Vets posting BS below.. Used to run my pup at that age, no problems at all in later life.

Thank you for your concern but he did really well on the run. No injury at all. Maybe a thorn? Branch is now 3 years old and is a father ❤️ thank you for watching 😊
