I thought you said you wanted to keep a 433 formation training in every age group. But play them in 2v2 3v3 etc. Based on age. How do you teach them a 433 with 5 players?

Team tactics is the latest element of the training process. Players have to be good technically and learn to play football. You maximise that by playing in small groups. If you look around the pitch, the game is formed of smaller games of 1vs1, 2vs2, 4vs3, 3vs3 happening in the middle, on the side etc. It is never an 11 vs 11. The 4-3-3 system is there for kids to learn the positions and be confortable with playing those positions :).

Emphasising the women's game there was very misleading due to the poor standard of opposition and particularly the female goalkeeping in those video clips. We know the impact the male game has had all over the world though and that is for all to see.
