Tesla must be rolling over in a coffin knowing such a gross airport has been named after him. June 30th, 2021, gate A7a, flight to Tivat, around 1700 LT. Encountered absolutely - completely - inappropriate attitude from security officers on pre-flight security check. One officer threw my laptop aside as if it was a stone. On my remark, a female officer approached and started treating even worse, explicitly rude and challenging. Both officers I encountered acted in an incompetent, impolite way that was completely not appropriate for working with people. I recommend everyone to be very careful while visiting this airport and if you have options available, better avoid it altogether. Besides, misleading and confusing signs in the airport, lack of info tables. Since a week still no reply from airport regarding my complaint. Disgusting airport where nobody cares of customers or reputation.

My personal opinion - almost the same situation is at every single airport I was at until now ... Sometimes I go in BIG discussions and sometimes Im just about to cry... too much tired for any discussion.... worst experience I ever had was in Germany, Munich airport... I just needed some informations about my ticket ( there was a problem with printer at airport) and instead of simply helping me and printing that ticket - they were rude , yelling at me , arrogant, and throwing me away from this to that side of the airport building , like "go there , go there " .... 😑😑😑😑 Seems like they choose worst type of ppl to work with customers- they cannot be worse then that .... I understand sometimes they are stressed , sometimes too much work BUT it's not our problem. We payed our tickets, it's not gratis and we ask for respect from service stuff ... 😠
