His last 3 years at New England were a disaster..... We (the Bears) need a young, exciting, original thinking OFFENSIVE Head Coach, who knows the game and can command a room....

He obviously helped Brady develop and even stuck with him when Drew came back from injury, launching his career but Bill’s been outspoken that he thinks Poles built this team “backwards” and that he isn’t impressed by Caleb, calling him inaccurate and insinuating that he wouldn’t have drafted him. Chicago needs a coach all in on Caleb because the franchise already is.
