The devil took his shot in my life but he missed. I was blamed for my mother's death when I was 7 and was an addict and suicidal for the next 15 years. I first held a knife to my throat at 12. I was homeless when someone handed me a book about God. I surrendered. I am 36 now. Not even 10 years later I have my own company with 11 employees. I have a daughter who I'm beat friends with. I been sober for 7 years now. I'm expanding my business. I'm working on programming a block chain protocol that is going to revolutionize how we help children, homeless, drug addicts, alcoholics and eventually hopefully it will change how we help everyone. I refused to have my life remembered as a tragedy. I will do this to glorify God, leave an example how to overcome for my daughter, and for myself. I'm nothing special. If I can do it anyone can . The devil took his shot and he missed and now he has to deal with me. God bless you

I was suicidal for 15 years. I was blamed for killing my mother by my alcoholic father. He would wake me up at all hours of the night drunk either beating me and screaming I killed my mother or he would make me stand in the corner while he watched for hours . I found drugs and alcohol. I was homeless at 17. Someone gave me a book about God when I was 27. I surrendered. I couldn't live in the hell anymore. I was no longer suicidal. I slowly changed. I'm now 36 and I have a great relationship with my little daughter. I have built a construction company and I have 11 employees. I'm building a block chain protocol that is going to change the way we help children and eventually it will change the way we help everyone hopefully. The devil took his shot and he missed. Now he is going to have to deal with me. I promise you that your weakness and whatever you are going through will be your biggest strength. Just hang in there. I am not special, not good looking, not smart, I'm nothing but someone who made a decision. I made a decision that I will not break. I still have dark times but I don't stay there. When I was 7 my mother died because of a botched emergency surgery. Long story short I didn't wake up when my mom first tried to get me up. My alcoholic father found out when I told him because it bothered me and he threw me into the wall. For the next 5 years he would wake me up drunk at all hours of night during even school nights and he would scream at me I killed my mother and it's my fault. I struggled in school and I have droopy eyes so I was called retarted. I was bullied horribly then I would go home and here about how I killed my mom. It never stopped. I thought about running away but I was too scared. I thought about killing myself and at 12 I held a knife to my throat but i just couldn't do it. I did that all the time for the next 15 years. I liked being so close to leaving this hell. I found drugs and alcohol and it helped with handling my life. I was homeless at 17 because nobody would take me. I was handed a book about God when I was 27 and I surrendered. I couldn't do it anymore and I couldn't live like this . Suicidal thoughts was completely gone instantly. Not to say there wasn't setbacks but never was suicidal anymore. I got a job in construction, I had a daughter. I seen her and made a damn choice. My life will not be remembered as a tragedy and poor kid. I realized that I was put through that stuff because God knew I could handle it. The devil did his best but he missed. He took his shot and he missed. Now he's going to have to deal with me. I started my own company 5 years ago. I'm now 36 and I have 11 employees (7 full time). I'm in Austin Texas in order to hopefully expand. I'm working on a block chain protocol that will revolutionize how we help children, homeless, drug addicts, alcoholics and eventually it will change how we help everyone. It will be quick and transparent. I went through literally hell but I promise you that God will not allow you to go through what you can't handle. I'm not good looking, smart, special in any way. If I can overcome this I promise you that you can too. I will do this to set an example for my daughter, I will win for myself, I will do this to glorify God. I made a decision and so can you. I'm not at the destination yet either. The only thing I did is that I made a decision that I will not lose. I get back on the horse every damn time. I take risk not scared of failure because I already know I will run over any obstacle because life can't break me. Your biggest weakness is your biggest strength in the end if you make a choice. I can relate to people who are suicidal, people who are bullied because of their looks which is painful because you can't change your looks, drug addicts, alcoholics and depressed people. Make the choice and hang in there. Take the risk and already know you will get up over and over and over. God bless you
