As tech advanced they could release the actual quality of the source material in HD and higher - same goes for certain high budget music videos too, like this one. My era was the '60s and '70s. I was 31 when this came out. But I have to admit that there was an incredible amount of excellent pop in the '80s and this is a prime example. With the chord progressions and key changes, it's not only musically wonderful, but so catchy. And, of course, Belinda Carlisle makes it all worthwhile.
