No, she was on drugs for more years than that PLUS apparently I've read that when her son was born she supposedly didn't know why he was born underweight (I think he was only about 3Ibs) but that subsequently she admitted that throughout her pregnancy she was drinking on a daily basis. You might have thought that she'd have got clean before she decided to have a baby and if it's true that she was drinking regularly throughout her pregnancy then she was being really irresponsible and incredibly selfish.

Belinda claims to have stopped using cocaine after the Go-Go's breakup, but in her memoir she admits to starting up again about five years later. She didn't stop until well after 2000. Also, as leicestergirl63 notes, Carlisle used drugs while she was trying to get pregnant--she admits to this also in her memoir.
