I've always loved her music. She came to Malaysia in 1990 to perform "Vision of You" as part of her Asian tour. I wasn't born yet, but I fell in love with her music nonetheless. I first listened to "Vision of You" in 2021 and was instantly captivated. That's when I decided to attend her concert someday, if possible, to experience the magic of "Vision of You" live. Thankfully, I had the incredible opportunity to see her perform in Melbourne on September 20th and 21st, 2024. Her voice continues to mesmerize me.

What a great live version of a great song. It's a really authentic sounding take with the cello player recreating on stage the pizzicato parts that really add something. The vocals echo the angst and feeling that she put into the studio version. Good quality video too. Thanks for posting, very enjoyable to watch (I did see Belinda perform this on the 'Runaway Horses' tour at Wembley).

Three days before this I was right at the front dead centre in Peterborough. The crowd was much closer than shown here as there were no cameras. It was just a barrier with a small space for the security guy to stand in. Really enjoyed the show. It's a fantastic tune BTW. So classy

What did you think of her singing? I thought she sang well in concerts in those years. She sound a lot like the recording when she sang.

@@fomalhauto I thought she was really good but to be honest I was just hyper with excitement being so close to my favourite artist. I know my brother was impressed with her singing and remarked that it wasn't like she was being ghosted by the backing vocalists. The one thing I would mark her down on though was the lack of audience interaction. I may be wrong but I am certain that she never said hello to the audience. Somewhere years ago there was a bootleg audio recording of the Peterborough gig and it would have been nice to listen to it to check.

@@tigershoot I do agree with you about the lack of audience interaction. In 1990, she performed in Malaysia as part of her tour in Asia. My old friend told me the same like you said. She did not like her interaction to the audience. However, when I went to Melbourne in 2024 for her concert, she interacted very well with the audience.
