She gives the best interviews, has an awesome, distinctive voice and has aged better than a fine wine. I love how honest she is about the ups and downs in her life, from her battles with eating disorders and substance abuse to a journey of healing and self-discovery. She's a legend and a total class act. 😍

promotion was all wrong with this album, they didn't even chose this song as album opener and went with "do you feel" instead which was a mistake. also grunge and r'n'b was ruling the charts in the us early 90s. Should have been a worldwide hit! Im sure if belinda would had more saying in the promoting with her record company, it would had been different!

@@footy2rock I don't know about that. The GoGos of course hold their own (from what people tell me - wasn't around in the 80s) but a lot of people know of Belinda even nowdays. wow. When I was 11 my mom went on a trip to NYC which was a big deal at the time since a ticket to the states was very expensive (still is 😂😂). She bought me a brand new Aiwa sound system and bunch of CD's. I didn't know who Belinda was at the time, but mom still bought this CD. She said this is super uplifting and fun feminine music. She was absolutely right! I played this album so much it was completely skretched ❤

I know Belinda's said she was a mess during the making of this record but I think it's her at her best. Her voice certainly was, plus I totally dig the retro 50's look she had going on.
