I think what he meant indirectly was 'compared to Black hawk'. You know those make enough noise to be heard from miles away. This, however is 'quiet' comparatively such that it could drop payload to marines in dangerous areas without attracting too much attention towards them. Ofcourse its gonna make some noise but it's better than a freaking helicopter.

First! Cool concept & nice prototype. Tailsitters are impractical for manned aircraft, but perfect for unmanned. Wings still are a bit stubby though, so low L/D ratio. Wing extensions could be added that fold in on landing to reduce ground footprint, but I suppose that's too heavy and too complex for an application like this.
