Yes the Battington Beauty lashes from boxycharm that's where I got mine anyway. With hooded eyes I have to be very careful on what kind of lashes I use because of the band if it's too thick it eats up my lid space. But I think I still have mine in ny drawer somewhere lol and haven't tried them 🤔 go figure 😄 maybe I will! Thanks again Annette 😉❤️

I never thought I'd be saying toxic masculinity is beautiful. I'm a lot younger than Angie but I'm subscribed to her channel because she is really knowledgeable about the ingredients in skincare and isn't pro skinfluencer culture, she also gives really good in depth foundation reviews. The palette is beautiful but for me to pay that price I need good mattes that will build and blend. They don't have to be opaque pigment at first but they need to be able to build to be what they are in the pan without too much work. I just don't think you should have to be patient and work with eyeshadow to make it work for that high a price. So this is not going to be for me.

I had a similar experience with a different palette from them. I overall enjoyed the palette but a lot of surprises with the colors and formulas and definitely room for improvement for the price. I did a video playing with it and was curious about this palette. Thanks for the video!! Very helpful and fun to watch!

I'm glad I watched this video before purchasing. It would be different if I didn't have a lot of special shimmer shadows, then maybe I would still purchase this. I have all of the clionadh stained glass collection, some adept palettes, the first all I ever wanted palette, dragon prism 2 palette, etcetera. I'm afraid I'd be let down by this so it's better so purchase something more for someone like me if that makes sense. I definitely believe there's a market for this palette and your looks are beautiful, I just don't think it's my cup of tea.

Such a pretty palette and colorstory. Been curious of this brand but I dont like mattes I have to work hard to get to work together. Each look was so pretty!!! This palette is a me colorstory but for the price and matte quaility its not for me

I have other palettes from this brand that I absolutely adore. I've never had an issue with the mattes, though they're not my favorite ever, but I love their shimmers. I was all set to buy this until I saw this but now I'm torn. I don't have an issue with the 2 shades being satins because they marketed this as having 4 mattes, 2 shimmer, and 4 duochromes. But the swatches of the rest of the shades look pretty bad and way more flaky than in past palettes. It's a high price tag to gamble on but depending on what else I buy this month I may take the chance because I like the brand.

@@AnnettesMakeupCorner I got a friend to send me videos live swatching it last night and it swatched great. The mattes are thin but buildable and what I'd expect from such vibrant almost neon colors. The shimmers smoothed out beautifully and are so pretty! I'm definitely picking this up.

I'm just not interested in most of these kinds of palettes when they all seem soooo similar, with a different label slapped onto the outer packaging. I want new shadows - different shades, shifts, formulas*** or at least color stories. But so many of these - I already own exact dupes of these shades. It's getting to be redundant for some of these palettes. I still like SOME - if they have something different to them.

I could not find where those little jars of the shimmery goodness we're from. Thank you for bringing them up again. I did mean to order them when I first saw them on your channel but I got involved in the video and yeah adult ADD is a you know what! So I ended up for getting. Cool okay so even though you maybe weren't Head over heels about this palette you absolutely made it work! No surprise there absolutely none. It is why I love you and your creativity so much. That second look holy moly girl wow that is something I could absolutely see myself wearing if I were good enough to pull it off that is. I mean that shadow I guess it's the bottom one and that you use on your inner third or across the lid wow beautiful!
