Primark, or Penneys here in Ireland, have stopped selling cotton pads completely. I know this because I asked a store manager why they hadn’t had them in stock for ages. She told me it’s to do with them needing to reach their sustainable goals, and said that they have replaced them with reusable ones. I’m not sure if this stands in the UK too but it’s the same company so expect that’s why you can’t find them anywhere. 👍
