Definitely keep emerald green dress use as a top with wide linen trousers. Lace jump suit would look better nxt size up. And flower jump suit did not look to big always try sitting down in clothes before making decision

Great blog. With the fat freezing, I hope you get the results you wish for. But I’m sure you already know that a fool proof way to lose body fat is through a calorie deficit 😊

I train 4/5 times a week and am constantly making home cooked fresh calorie low meal so yes 100% I didn’t go into the full details in this video but fat freezing is not going to do anything if a poor lifestyle is maintained. I have already been on a weight loss journey going from a UK18 to 12 so I am very aware 😊 glad you enjoyed the video x
